Terms and Conditions.
Plain terms, written before you pay, so nothing comes as a surprise.
1. Quote and scope
Every project starts with a written quote that states the price, what is included, and the timeline. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before we begin it.
2. Timeline
Timelines in our quotes start once we receive the advance and the content we need (text, photos, logos). If feedback or content is late, the timeline moves by the same number of days.
3. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate content and the right to use it (text, images, logos).
- Review and approve work in reasonable time.
- Make sure your business and content follow the law.
4. Changes and support
Reasonable changes during design are included. Large changes to the agreed scope are re-quoted. Small fixes and changes are free for 30 days after launch; after that, you can take a maintenance plan or pay per change.
5. Handover and ownership
Domain, hosting, code and all files are in your name and handed to you with logins at launch. Ownership of the finished work passes to you after full payment. Until then, final files and logins may be held back.
6. Google ranking (SEO)
We do not guarantee rank #1 or any particular ranking. Google decides rankings. SEO usually shows results in 3 to 6 months, and we are responsible for doing the agreed work and sharing monthly reports.
7. AI bots and automation
Bots answer only from the information you give them. You are responsible for reviewing what the bot says. Third-party costs (such as WhatsApp API or AI usage fees) are stated in the quote and paid by you.
8. Third-party costs
Domain, hosting, paid plugins and similar services have their own costs, which we state upfront in your quote.
9. Portfolio
We may show your finished project in our portfolio. Tell us if you prefer we do not, and we will not.
10. Payment and refunds
Payment terms are in our Refund and Payment Policy, which is part of these terms.
11. Liability
We take care with every project, but we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for it.
12. Ending the work
Either side can stop a project by telling the other in writing. You pay for work already done, as set out in the refund policy.
13. Law
These terms follow Indian law. We will always try to settle any issue by talking first.
