We keep it simple: we collect only what we need to answer you, and we never sell it.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, what you need, your website (optional) and your message.
- Messages you send us directly on WhatsApp, email or phone.
- Your browser contacts Google Fonts and cdnjs to load fonts and graphics, so those services may see your IP address.
How the form works
The form does not store anything on our website. It prepares a WhatsApp link in your browser. You choose Continue to WhatsApp and press Send there. Enquiry details are not saved in browser storage. WhatsApp (Meta) handles that message under its own privacy policy.
AI assistant and callback requests
The optional AI assistant sends your questions and recent conversation context to Google Gemini only after you agree. Free-tier chat content may be used by Google to improve its products. Do not include personal, confidential or sensitive information in AI chat. Basic phone/email masking is applied, but it cannot detect all personal information. AI chat history is held in page memory and is not saved in our lead database.
If you request a callback, your name, phone number, requirement, language, consent and request time are saved separately in Cloudflare D1 for up to 30 days and shared with our team through Telegram. Callback fields are not sent to Gemini. Telegram copies and any correspondence retained by our team are managed separately; contact us to request deletion. The application periodically deletes expired database records; provider backups may follow their own retention schedules. Limited hashed network identifiers are used temporarily for anti-spam limits.
If setup is not connected, the assistant says so and offers a direct WhatsApp link. A callback request is only confirmed after saving succeeds. It does not mean a live agent has joined.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
- To deliver the work you hire us for.
- We do not sell your information or send it to advertisers.
Sharing
We share details only with tools needed for your project (for example your domain or hosting provider), with your permission, or when the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no tracking cookies today. A sessionStorage flag remembers whether the intro animation has appeared in this tab; it contains no enquiry details. If we add analytics, we will update this page first.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by email or WhatsApp. We keep enquiry messages only as long as needed for the work or as the law requires.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
