Advance, milestones and refunds, written down at the start.
How payment works
Usually half at the start (advance) and half when the site is ready to go live. Bigger projects are split into stages, written in your quote. UPI and bank transfer both work. Final files and logins are handed over after the last payment.
Before work starts
If work has not started, your advance is returned in full.
After design begins
You pay only for the work already done, and the rest of your advance is returned. We show you what has been completed, so the amount is clear.
After launch
Delivered work is not refundable. Free fixes for 30 days after launch still apply, and we will correct anything that does not match the agreed scope.
SEO and monthly plans
Paid monthly in advance. You can stop at any time before the next month begins. A month that has already started is not refunded, because the work is done during that month.
NFC cards, stands and printed items
Custom items cannot be refunded once production starts. If an item arrives faulty or damaged, we replace it.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back by the same method you paid with, within 7 working days of the amount being agreed.
